The 2008 SmallestHorse Group Biggest Heart Award winner was nominated by the
members of the SmallestHorse Group. Emails or letters were sent to the
Chairman of the Welcoming Committee and then the letters were posted on the
forum for the members to read. When nominations were closed, a poll was placed
on the forum for the SHG members to vote for the person that they believed had
contributed the most to the SmallestHorse Group in 2008.
In addition to being the treasurer, Judy has taken on the task of being the
advertising director and spends many hours on collecting photos and preparing
the ads for the World, Journal and Showcase. Her promoting the
SmallestHorse Group doesn't stop with the ads, the last two years Judy has made
sure that all literature and booth set up were all ready for the World Show.
Judy is an
educated miniature horse owner and breeder. She is involved in other
miniature horse groups and has a great knowledge of color and the overall health
of the miniature horse.

present the third recipient of the SmallestHorse Group BiggestHeart Award to:
